 Our Varieties of Olives
					
					 
						Two noble varieties of olives
At Green Olivia, we offer two distinct flavor profiles to satisfy every palate:
- Chemlali : typically Tunisian variety, offering a sweet, slightly fruity oil with notes of almond and green apple.
 - Koroneiki : originally from Greece, carefully cultivated on our land, it gives an oil with a more intense, herbaceous taste, slightly peppery on the finish.
 
Each variety is cold pressed, within 24 hours of picking, to preserve all the nutritional and taste qualities of the olive.
